3. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a service, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Electronic acceptance is valid under Colombian Law 527 of 1999.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the website or by written confirmation. The catalog is expressed in US dollars (USD) as a reference; the charge is made in Colombian pesos (COP) at the reference rate published on the site. Amounts shown in USD or EUR are informational and are not the charged amount. Payments are processed by Wompi (Bancolombia); Izkuna does not store card data.
Work begins only after payment confirmation and a signed Rules of Engagement (RoE).
5. Rules of Engagement
Every engagement requires a signed RoE defining scope, testing window, contacts, permitted techniques, and stop conditions. The client is responsible for obtaining internal authorizations from IT, security, and cloud providers. Izkuna will not test outside the authorized scope.
6. Delivery
Deliverables include an executive report, a technical report with evidence and remediation guidance, and a debrief meeting whose duration depends on the service. Standard delivery times are 3 to 10 business days from RoE signature and receipt of the required scope information.
7. Client obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information and a technical contact.
- Sign the RoE before any testing and respect the agreed change window.
- Use reports only for remediation and internal risk management.
- Keep credentials and report contents confidential.
8. Izkuna obligations
- Perform testing only within the authorized scope and window.
- Protect client information and findings as confidential.
- Deliver reports within the agreed timelines.
- Not publish findings without written authorization.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, the client may withdraw within five (5) business days of purchase, provided the service has not started (no signed RoE and no testing performed). To exercise this right, email contact@izkuna.site with the subject “Withdrawal” and the order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
10. Warranty and rework
Izkuna performs services with professional diligence and a documented methodology. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, the client may request a review within 15 days of delivery. Izkuna will correct or complete the deliverable at no additional cost.
11. Limitation of liability
Izkuna's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service. Izkuna is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, third-party acts, or vulnerabilities outside the authorized scope. An assessment is a point-in-time evaluation and does not guarantee the absence of future vulnerabilities.
12. Intellectual property
Reports are licensed for the client's internal use and may not be resold or published without authorization. Izkuna retains ownership of its methodology, templates, and tools.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for five (5) years.
14. Changes
Izkuna may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page with its effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, in particular the Commercial Code, Law 1480 of 2011, and Law 527 of 1999. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days before resorting to the competent courts of Chía, Cundinamarca. The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) is the authority for personal data protection matters.
